We currently have an opening for a Director of Product Support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develope a comprehensive Korry Product Support Organization and business processes including:

Manage all product support activities including initial provisioning, warranty and repair, technical publications, training, reliability, key performance indicator reporting and field service support.   Establish procedures to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and proper controls of tasks.

Develop and manage distribution partnerships to enhance the aftermarket support of product including spares support, AOG servicing and standard exchange programs.  Responsible for key performance indicators of third party distribution partners. Establish procedures to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and proper control of tasks.

Ensure compliance to the terms of OEM Product Support Agreements with  airlines.  Administration of contractual and regulatory requirements for distribution and follow-on aftermarket sales endeavors.  Flow down OEM contractual requirements to distribution partners and other appropriate subcontractors.

Manage internal coordination of the day-to-day activities of AOG’s, Spares, etc. between distribution partners and Korry.

Direct contact with airline customers worldwide for AOG, spares and exchange transactions, customer satisfaction and solicitation of airline assessment of Korry product design and performance. 

Coordinate between OEM provisioning recommendations and the specific airline provisioning strategy. 

Administer general warranty and repair activities to ensure proper coordination and tracking per OEM contract and Korry requirements.

Create, distribute and administer technical publications including CMM’s, Service Bulletins and other documentation.  Coordinate with engineering and other Korry technical functions to ensure document accuracy.  Update technical documentation as needed.   Implement established procedures to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and proper controls of tasks.  Interface through OEM portal(s) as required.

Develop training requirements for field and technical support personnel to satisfy customer needs.

Monitor and analyze all reliability data and performance to DMC objectives.  Support root cause analysis for field reliability issues to include customer operational data.

Compile and publish all product support metrics.

Develop in-service on-site repairs and technical support at customer’s facility.  

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree
15 years aerospace experience
10 years management experience
10 years of Product Support

PREFERRED:
MBA
