We currently have an opening for a Regional Business Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a sales management position.  Individual will lead multi functional teams engaged in capturing new business in major market segments.  Designs and implements sales programs, developing strategies to optimize sales in assigned business segment. Formulates sales objectives, policies, and procedures for sales representatives. Compiles and analyzes competitive sales information and recommends actions pertaining to new product development, product improvement, pricing, and distribution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering. 
• 3 years of direct sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong technical skills,
• Must be a highly motivated team leader. 
  
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a minimum expectations of 30+% travel availability.  Domestic / International.

PREFERRED:

• Masters in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
• Avionics sales experience, and/or flight deck knowledge/pilot training. 
• Multi-lingual capabilities.
