We currently have an opening for a CS Account Administrator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, follow order from initial customer contact and order placement through delivery. Verification of orders for accurate price, part number and quantity. Provide price quotations. Keep accurate records of sales order status, required ship dates, and back orders. Review, interpret contractual requirements and ensure internal flowdown of requirements. Some of the core responsibilities are listed below:
- Responsible for interfacing with customers and company representatives for assigned territory/customers.
- Responsible for accurate written agreements between Korry and the customer.
- Troubleshoots, analyzes, and remedies customer problems within established guidelines.
- Acts as a liaison between customer and various Korry departments
- Quote product price/delivery to customers
- Review quote/order for compliance to ISO process 20/23 to include review of customer terms and conditions.
- Retains accurate customer files
- Obtains and submits customer requested information
- Submits engineering support requests for review.
- Coordinates booking/shipping schedules with Production Schedulers
- Coordinates customer communication with responsible Regional Business Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- I year of data entry experience.
- MS Office competency.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written/verbal business communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to prioritize work, detail oriented, actively seek continuous improvement, demonstrate customer account ownership, build successful relationship with team members, ability to exercise independent judgment
PREFERRED:
- Basic understanding of U.S. Export regulations (EAR and ITAR).
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working in the Aerospace industry.
